Fitelo vs HealthifyMe vs DietGhar: an honest price and service comparison
By The DietGhar Team. Last checked 13 October 2026.
Disclosure: DietGhar publishes this page and is one of the services compared. Competitor figures come from the public pages listed under Sources, with the date we saw each one. Where a price is not published, we say so.

People search "fitelo price" and "healthifyme price" because they want a number before they talk to anyone. Fair enough. The trouble is that neither company puts a full price list on its site, so most pages you find are guesses.
We run DietGhar, the third service on this page, so read what we say with that in mind. We have tried to do two things: quote only what we could see on a public page, with the date, and say plainly where a competitor does something better than we do. Where we could not find a price, the table says "not published" instead of filling the gap.
The short version: the three are different kinds of product. HealthifyMe is mainly an app with an AI coach. Fitelo sells long programmes with a dedicated diet coach. DietGhar is a short, cheap, nutritionist-written plan sent over WhatsApp.
Side by side
| Fitelo | HealthifyMe | DietGhar | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price shown on its own site | Not published. The page says the price is confirmed on a consultation | Healthify+ (AI only): Rs 2,500 for 12 months. Coach plan prices not shown on pages we could open | Rs 499 for 15 days, Rs 999 for 30 days, Rs 1,999 for 75 days (pay for 60, get 15 extra) |
| Shortest plan | 3 months | Not confirmed for coach plans. The AI plan is 12 months | 15 days |
| Longest plan | 12 months | 12 months on the AI plan | 75 days |
| Who makes your diet | A dedicated diet coach, per Fitelo | The Ria AI coach on the AI plan. Human coaches on higher tiers | A nutritionist on the DietGhar team |
| Main way you get support | Coach sessions and the Fitelo app. Phone is pushed hard on the site | In the HealthifyMe app | WhatsApp chat and the DietGhar app |
| Food logging and calorie tracking | A meal log in the app | Strong: photo logging and a very large food database | Not our focus. You follow a chart |
| Extras listed by the provider | Fitelo TV videos, skin and hair care, habit sessions, pause option | Recipes, daily reports, optional glucose sensor plan at Rs 6,000 | Weekly progress check on 30 and 75 day plans |
| Refund terms | Policy text not readable when we checked | Not checked | No refunds. See our refunds page before paying |
What Fitelo publishes about price
Open Fitelo's pricing page and you get four plan lengths: 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, with the 9 month plan marked as recommended. You do not get a rupee figure. The page says your price is confirmed on the consultation and depends on your goal.
So any "Fitelo costs Rs X a month" you read is someone's estimate. The only dated figure we found from a news source is Rs 3,000 a month for weight management, from a YourStory profile in January 2022. That is almost five years old and we would not plan a budget around it. Some third party sheets float totals in the tens of thousands of rupees, but they are undated and we could not tie them to Fitelo, so we are not quoting them.
What we can say for certain is the structure. The shortest programme is three months, and you are asked to book a call to hear the price. If you hate being sold to on the phone, that matters. If you like having someone walk you through it, it is a feature.
What HealthifyMe publishes about price
HealthifyMe is easier on one side and murkier on the other. Its store lists the Healthify+ Plan, an AI-only plan, at Rs 2,500 for 12 months. That is roughly Rs 208 a month and it buys you the Ria AI coach, macro tracking and photo logging. No human coach.
The human coach plans are where we hit a wall. The company site blocked our automated check, and the store pages we could open did not show coach prices. A competing app's review from February 2026 estimates about Rs 1,250 to Rs 2,500 a month, but it is a competitor and HealthifyMe has not confirmed it. Treat it as a rough range and check inside the app. HealthifyMe also runs frequent discounts, so the number you see at checkout may differ from anything printed here.
Where HealthifyMe is simply better
If your problem is tracking, HealthifyMe wins and it is not close. You photograph a plate and the app logs it. In 2023 the company said its photo model was trained on 150,000 Indian food items, a company claim from three years ago, but the direction is clear. DietGhar has nothing like that. We give you a chart built around your home food and you follow it.
It is also the cheapest way into an app-based routine if you are happy with an AI coach: Rs 2,500 for a year is hard to argue with. We would not pretend a nutritionist chat replaces that for someone who mostly wants a calorie log.
Where Fitelo and DietGhar differ
Fitelo is built for a long commitment with a coach attached. It lists live sessions with a coach on the longer plans, a library of videos, skin and hair care, habit sessions and a pause option. If you want nine months of structure, that package is more than we sell.
DietGhar goes the other way. You can start with 15 days for Rs 499 and see whether you like it before spending more. The plan is written by a nutritionist around the food your family already cooks, and it reaches you on WhatsApp, where you can message when a meal goes off track. The 75 day plan costs Rs 1,999 (you pay for 60 days and get 15 extra). There is no nine month option and we do not offer refunds, so please read the refunds page first.
None of the three promises a particular result. A sensible pace is around half a kilo a week, and that depends mostly on whether you follow the plan.
Who should pick which
Pick HealthifyMe if
you want to log every meal, like an app that does the counting for you, and are fine with an AI coach. Check the price inside the app, especially for human coach tiers.
Pick Fitelo if
you want a long programme with a named coach, extras like videos and habit sessions, and you are comfortable getting the price on a consultation call. Ask for the full price and the refund terms in writing.
Pick DietGhar if
you want a plan built around ghar ka khana, a published price starting at Rs 499, a nutritionist you can message on WhatsApp, and a short commitment. Not the best fit if you want calorie logging or workout programmes.
Skip all three if
you have a medical condition that needs treatment. A diet plan supports your doctor, it does not replace them. Share your reports with whoever you choose.
You can see what each DietGhar plan includes on the plans page.
