Lighter Shahi Paneer in a White Cashew Gravy
A wholesome Indian recipe crafted for health-conscious eating: nutritious, delicious, and easy to make at home.

True shahi paneer is white, fragrant and gently sweet — not orange. We simmer onion with cashews and melon seeds, blend smooth, then finish with whisked yogurt for body without drowning the dish in cream.

Health Benefits
Paneer anchors protein for recovery meals. Using yogurt plus a small cashew paste keeps richness while limiting cream volume compared with restaurant shahi paneer.

- →Blend until completely smooth — nut grit ruins the silk.
- →Use ripe but not sour yogurt.
